In compliance with the provisions of Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, we inform our users that any dispute between us and a consumer, during the acquisition of any service, is covered by the mechanisms of Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes, governed by the said Law No. 144/2015 of September 8.
